Tutu School Montgomery is looking for a Community Marketing Representative to help more local families discover the magic of Tutu School!

This is a flexible, part-time community marketing and sales position focused on building relationships, increasing local awareness, and generating new trial registrations and enrollments.

You’ll be the friendly face of Tutu School in the Montgomery community—attending events, connecting with families and local organizations, developing referral partnerships, and finding creative ways to introduce Tutu School to families with children ages 6 months–8 years.

This is not a teaching position. No dance experience required. Tutu also not required (unless that’s your thing!). We’ll teach you everything you need to know about Tutu School and our programs.

Represent Tutu School at festivals, family events, networking opportunities, parent groups, and community gatherings

Build relationships with preschools, daycares, churches, children’s organizations, and family-focused businesses

Develop referral partnerships, cross-promotions, pop-ups, and other community collaborations

Talk with families about Tutu School and encourage interested families to register for a trial class

Collect and follow up with leads and community contacts

Identify new opportunities to get Tutu School in front of local families

Track outreach, leads, quality trial registrations, and results

Who We’re Looking For

You’re friendly, confident, dependable, and not afraid to make an ask or follow up. You enjoy meeting new people, can work independently, and understand that successful community outreach should ultimately generate new families for the studio.

This could be a great fit for a college student studying marketing, communications, PR, or business; a parent looking for flexible part-time work; or a natural salesperson/community connector looking for a fun way to put those skills to work.

Detalles

Schedule: Approximately 5 hours/week, with flexibility for events; capped at 10 hours/week
Compensation: $12/hour + monthly commission opportunity based on generating quality trial student registrations directly through your community outreach efforts
Location: Tutu School Montgomery + community events and outreach throughout the Montgomery area

Come as you are—tutus (and ballet experience!) are completely optional.
