Investing in the Future of Tutu School: Summit 2026
Our annual Tutu School Owner Summit is a highlight in our community… It provides Team Tutu with time to come together, learn from one another, strengthen our relationships, and invest in what comes next.
This November, Tutu School Owners from across the country will gather in New Orleans for Summit 2026. Over several days, our community will step away from the day-to-day rhythm of running our studios to focus on sharing ideas, building skills, celebrating successes, and returning back to our community inspired for the year ahead.
This year’s Summit is especially meaningful because, for the first time, we’re expanding that investment beyond our Owners and welcoming Tutu School team members into the experience.
Growing Great Studios Means Growing Great Leaders
Behind every magical Tutu School experience is a team of people who care deeply about our students, families, and mission. As Tutu School continues to grow, we believe one of the most important investments we can make is in those people and in developing the next generation of leaders within our studios.
That’s why Summit 2026 will include a dedicated Tutu Team Member Track, designed to provide emerging studio leaders with professional development, inspiration, and meaningful connection to the larger Tutu School community.
Owners and team members will share some of the most special parts of Summit together, while also participating in dedicated learning experiences tailored to their roles. Team-focused sessions will explore topics including curriculum and student retention, nurturing healthy dancers, local marketing, developing first visits into lasting relationships, and what it means to begin thinking and leading like an owner.
For a Principal Teacher, Studio Manager, Membership Coordinator, Tutu Teacher, or another emerging leader, attending Summit is an opportunity to see beyond the walls of their own studio and better understand the impact they can have on the families they serve, the teammates they support, and the business they help strengthen.

Learning From (and With) Our Community
Of course, professional development is only one piece of Summit.
Some of the most valuable learning happens when Team Tutu from different locations sit down together and realize we’re navigating many of the same opportunities and challenges. Summit creates space for those conversations through our traditional Challenges & Wins discussions, workshops, breakout sessions, shared meals, celebrations, and plenty of informal moments in between.

An Investment That Comes Home With Us
When we invest in learning, leadership, and relationships, the impact extends far beyond a few days together.
Owners return to their studios with new ideas and more magic. Team members return with a stronger understanding of the studio, renewed connection to our mission, and new tools for making an impact. And our entire community becomes stronger because more people are equipped and inspired to lead our families.
That feels especially fitting for the message at the heart of Summit 2026:
We make magic.
We create lasting impact.
We build relationships that last.
We grow with intention.
We can’t wait to gather in New Orleans this November, and we’re especially excited to welcome more of the people who make Tutu School what it is into the Summit experience.
Because the future of Tutu School isn’t only about welcoming more dancers; It’s about investing in the people who will lead our community forward.
