About the Role:Join Tutu School Carlsbad as a Ballet Teacher and inspire the next generation of dancers! We are looking for passionate individuals who can share their love for ballet in a fun and nurturing environment. Responsibilities:

• Teach ballet classes to students of various ages and skill levels.
• Develop engaging lesson plans that foster creativity and technique.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere.
• Organize and participate in recitals and performances.
• Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the curriculum.
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ballet teacher or dancer with a strong background in ballet.
• Formal training in ballet from a recognized institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages.
• Patience and adaptability in teaching methods.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Passion for dance and commitment to fostering a love for the art.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
